Coordinate error

edit

{{geodata-check}} The coordinates need the following fixes:

  • The Florida Bureau of Archaeological Research Coordinates for this site are

29° 53’ 56” N, 85° 27’ 48” W Bureau Underwater (talk) 18:00, 22 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

Done. Reference is Vamar Underwater Archaeological Preserve brochure, published by the Florida Department of State, Division of Historical Resources, Bureau of Archaeological Research. This brochure gives the coordinates as 29° 53.941’ N and 85° 27.806’ W, which correlate to the DMS coords, above. BrainMarble (talk) 17:14, 24 November 2009 (UTC)Reply

Lowered center of gravity?

edit

"inherent instability and lowered center of gravity could have led to her demise" ?? A lowered center of gravity does not compromise the seaworthiness of a vessel. Chris the speller (talk) 17:04, 16 February 2011 (UTC)Reply
