What is the point of this redirect?

Pbsouthwood: that’s incorrect. It is clearly mentioned at the target: The RUG has its own newspaper: the Universiteitskrant. The redirect was as a result of an afd discussion— there was consensus to redirect not merge, but you are welcome to merge further content from the page history if you so desire.
