(propose) In ja.wikipedia, both ja:津軽鉄道(Company) article and ja:津軽鉄道線(Line) article exist. But I think that translating all of those articles is useless in en.wikipedia. Actually there is no Tsugaru Railway company article. I think it is enough to translate some contents of ja:津軽鉄道 and merge them with line contents. The article name is not suitable for this purpose.
