I watched the DVD last night and have edited the penultimate sentence to correct the disparity regarding Clarence Worley's eye.
The final scenes – clearly long after the events in LA – show him on the beach wearing a black eye patch. — | Gareth Griffith-Jones |The WelshBuzzard| — 09:50, 4 November 2013 (UTC)
James Gandolfini
editWhat is he, chopped liver now? No special mentions in the supporting cast? The hell is wrong with you people? He played a character on a show just a few years later that revolutionized TV as we know it. Not to take anything away from any of the other supporting cast, but he had more time than a few of them and played a very important part in the movie's plot. And it was an extremely controversial scene at the time. His longevity aside, his performances on TV rival those of Nicholson and Brando and helped in creating a trend where TV has become something taken just as serious as film. I know people have short memories but this is ridiculous. Whoever wrote this and left an honorable mention of him out is either senile, a fool, both or just plain biased. That scene is one of the things that put him in the role of Tony Soprano. 65.129.191.60 (talk) 01:32, 24 March 2014 (UTC)
I added this actor you mentioned, along with actors Chris Penn and Tome Sizemore simply due to the fact that all three of these actors should be mentioned due to their respective celebrity statuses, even though two of the three are deceased. Gizziiusa (talk) 10:49, 1 October 2016 (UTC)gizziiusa
- Gandolfini's subsequent fame is beside the point. His role in the film is very small. ---The Old JacobiteThe '45 15:42, 1 October 2016 (UTC)

editThe two sentences after the Apatow quote seem like a big digression from the article. Could an admin for the page please remove them? 208.87.234.201 (talk) 20:42, 18 July 2016 (UTC)
