Filmography

The filmography does not follow Wikipedia form and should be completely redone, though some of the quotes could be saved for the main text.Michitaro (talk) 15:05, 5 June 2011 (UTC)Reply

...grainy widescreen...

edit

The source that purports to account for the "grainy widescreen" quality of the film does NOT explain the awful pan-and-scan widescreen version of the film. It DOES explain that the film was shot in 16mm in order to achieve hand-held effects that would not have been possible otherwise, and also explains that solarization was used to enhance the mood of some parts of the film. The terrible pan-and-scan seen in later releases of the film is nothing short of wilful destruction for the sake of copyright shenanigans. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2600:1700:6AE5:2510:0:0:0:46 (talk) 21:56, 29 January 2022 (UTC)Reply
