Connally Reservation edit

I am dumbfounded that Wikipedia contains not one word about the Connally Reservation. This article notes he was part of the drafting of the UN charter, yet omits that he had the US Senate add "as determined by the United States" to the text they passed.  Randall Bart   Talk  19:06, 23 December 2008 (UTC)Reply
