  • "painter John Thirtle. He was popular" Lound or Thirtle?
  • "watercolourists" can we link?
  • "landscapist David Cox. His etchings" whose? Cox or Lound?
  • British Newspaper Archive links should be marked as via=British Newspaper Archive.
  • "the Artists' Conversaziones in the" what was that?
  • "his life. died" something awry here.
  • ", whose influence" maybe "although his" in the context of this sentence?
  • "He became an accomplished" Lound became..
  • "prolific watercolourist" link that here too as well as in the lead.
  • "working life.[22][14] He" ref order.
  • "c.1832" space between c. and year.
  • "c.1850" ditto.
  • "Lound (1802-1861)." en-dash for year range.
  • "1802-1861: etchings" likewise.
  • Eight external links? Is there anything in those which could be added in via inline referencing?
  • Is there a good subcat of Category:Watercolorists which could be usefully added?

That's it, nice article. The Rambling Man (Keep wearing the mask...) 09:25, 3 September 2021 (UTC)Reply

@The Rambling Man: All the above comments have been addressed and hopefully sorted, but it's worth pointing out that Wikipedia:Nominating_good_articles#External_links says WP:EL isn't within the GA criteria. I've removed those external links that added little to the article. Amitchell125 (talk) 11:38, 3 September 2021 (UTC)Reply
Sure, there's a whole lot not in the GA criteria, a lot of what I do is to give good advice which often extends beyond GA criteria, but I don't enforce it. Thanks for taking it into consideration. Good to go. The Rambling Man (Keep wearing the mask...) 11:54, 3 September 2021 (UTC)Reply
