Thermes were never a palace

While the current version of the article does not include the same erroneous claim found on the French site - that the Thermes were part of a palace - one image shown does reference this myth. So it may be useful to add a note that, while the site is often referred to as "Julian's palace", the actual palace was on the Ile de la Cite and the thermes were never anything other than a public bath.
