The Noble Family → Nosotros los Nobles – Or Nosotros Los Nobles. Alternatively, the other English title We Are the Nobles can be used if consensus agrees with it. However, if there's no consensus on using either English title, then per WP:DIVIDEDUSE, one of the titles (English or Spanish) must be "least surprising". or If most reliable sources use the Spanish title, then let's use the original Spanish title instead.
