Daninos
editHow is the surname "Daninos" pronounced?
There is no indication in French Wikipédia either, so I have asked over there as well.
In English, we can't tell whether the possessive should be Daninos's or Daninos' as a consequence.

- Russian transcriptions of French names into Russian always go by pronunciation, and not by spelling.
- For example, an Englishman named "Albert" is still "Albert" in Russian, but a Frenchman becomes "Alber" in Russian because of the silent 't'.
- Russian has Daninos as Данинос, which means that the final 's' is pronounced, assuming the Russians have it correct, and that is likely.
