first monograph?
editIt seems to me that The Record of Tea is the same subject, but much earlier. Yet this article claims that this book is the first monograph about tea in the world. 64.202.157.11 (talk) 02:31, 12 March 2009 (UTC)
Chajing was written during the Tang dinasty, while Chalu was written during the Song dinasty. Since Tang came before Song, it is impossible that Chalu is earlier than Chajing. Indeed, Chajing was written between 760 and 780 CE, while Chalu was written in 1049 CE (i.e. at least 270 years later).
