According to FreeBMD, the birth of a Martin T. Robbins (mothers' maiden name Thomas) was registered during January→March 1956 in Leeds district, and the birth of a Penelope Robbins (mothers' maiden name Thomas) was registered during July→September 1970 in Leeds district, are these the children of Terence Robbins?
