I wonder if this section should be rewritten slightly to make it clearer. "Talyllyn, along with Dolgoch, appeared many times in The Railway Series books by Wilbert Awdry, and the Thomas & Friends TV show, in which it formed the basis for the character Skarloey." To me this sounds like Talyllyn and Dolgoch appeared in the TV series, but they only appeared/were mentioned in The Railway Series books which the TV series was based on. It also could imply that Skarloey was a TV series character based on Talyllyn, but the TV character was based on the same named character Awdry featured in The Railway Series (which was of course based on Talyllyn, but with conceit that Talyllyn also existed in the series and was the "twin" of Skarloey built at the same time). I realise this is quite complex so there is maybe not an easy way to make the point clearly, but someone might want to try! Dunarc (talk) 20:47, 13 September 2021 (UTC)Reply
