Technology Centre proposed change edit

- Specific text to be added or removed: Last sentence in the first paragraph is " In Russia, TGT has its Technology Centre in Kazan and other offices in Usinsk and at the Skolkovo Technopark in Moscow." Should be changed to "TGT's technology centre is based in Kazan, Russia."
- Reason for the change: there are no other offices for TGT in Russia.
