What is the state of the project? Is it already under construction? Who knows more?

The project is currently working on environmental and technical documents that are needed to obtain construction permits from the authority Energy Markets Inspectorate. Construction is planned to start 2012. JTragardh (talk) 00:52, 28 March 2010 (UTC)Reply
