Single LadiesSingle Ladies (disambiguation) – And redirect "Single Ladies" to "Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)". "Put a Ring on It" is the primary topic, which is demostrated by the stats of this page. On February 4, Beyoncé sang "Single Ladies" at the SuperBowl, the stats increased due to that. On February 14, the article was featured on the Main Page, and the stats moved again. Tbhotch. Grammatically incorrect? Correct it! See terms and conditions. 03:00, 26 February 2013 (UTC)Reply

  • Support per nomination. Assuming there will be a hatnote that says "Single Ladies" redirects here. For the TV show...'? I don't think the dab page will be necessary no longer if this redirect is put into place.  — Statυs (talk, contribs) 03:38, 26 February 2013 (UTC)Reply
  • Support per Tbhotch. Jivesh1205 (Talk) 07:03, 26 February 2013 (UTC)Reply
  • I've no opinion as to whether there is a primary topic, but if the disambiguation page is moved, the putative primary topic should be move to the base name. olderwiser 13:01, 27 February 2013 (UTC)Reply
    • Comment "Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)" is the base name for that topic. (That's not a disambiguation parenthesis, it's part of the name) -- 65.92.180.137 (talk) 23:34, 27 February 2013 (UTC)Reply
      • Doh. I see. In that case I'm inclined to oppose moving and redirecting. olderwiser 12:36, 28 February 2013 (UTC)Reply
  • Oppose – this disambiguation page has nothing to move with the primary topic, but "Single Ladies" is a common word for unmarried ladies. ApprenticeFan work 05:23, 28 February 2013 (UTC)Reply
  • Weak oppose - The proposal may seem logical. At the time of Beyonce song's release, there were no challenging topics with similar name. However, the sleazy reality(oops... it turns out to be fictional) series Single Ladies (TV series) premiered in 2011. While the song wins the February stats, the VH1 show is still its rival every day. --George Ho (talk) 18:11, 1 March 2013 (UTC)Reply

In December 2012, the song was as popular as the series; try the 90-day stats to compare. --George Ho (talk) 18:14, 1 March 2013 (UTC)Reply

  • Support as primary topic for the Title Cased version "Single Ladies". -- JHunterJ (talk) 13:38, 5 March 2013 (UTC)Reply
  • Oppose per stats from George Ho. -- JHunterJ (talk) 13:27, 7 March 2013 (UTC)Reply
