Upgrading the Singani article

I am a Singani subject matter expert, possibly one of the world's foremost. I propose to move the English singani article away from a stub to a full article. I've noticed from minor edits of mine around the Wikipedia that "bites" and "undos" are very prevalent. This would be a major, near total change, and I would hope it would go well. Rather than provoke "undo" contests, I would like to inquire in advance, who has a sense of ownership about this article. Are you a singani subject matter expert or a Wikipedia curator. When change happens, I would like the discussion if any to be friendly, informed certainly, and productive. My goals for the revision of this article are: "bold, interesting, and informative", "as historically correct as possible", and "referenced with primary sources as much as possible". This edit replaces the stub:singani with a full article. Relevant existing "see also" links have been replaced by in-text links as recommended by Wiki:MOS. "Additional reading" has been expanded to 3 books accessible in English. "External links" include an English-language site which publishes reviews on Bolivian Wines, and a website about singani that substantially adds to the narrative as WP:EL YES:3, containing expanded descriptions of: singani awards and recognition, the making of singani from harvest to bottling, discussion of distillation at high altitude and its effect, and longer list of singani cocktails.
