Moves

I have moved substantial parts of the article to Engineer's Office of the Former Pumping Station and Nos. 600-626 Shanghai Street. I suggest that related work on these articles be performed there. I have credited the authors on the talk pages of the new articles here and here. The work of the authors remain visible through the "page history" function.
