Pacificorp shouldn't redirect here

edit

Pacificorp should not re-direct here, it should have its own page. Pacificorp and Scottish Power are two different companies, they have different histories and are from different places. PP is not wholly owned by SP... --Duk 04:33, 2 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

Is Pacificorp even owned by Scotish power anymore? see [1] and [2] --Duk 04:56, 2 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

Pacificorp is no longer owned by Scottishpower as the sale to Mid American is now complete, however ScottishPower still has interests in the non-regulated sector in the USA with PPM Energy which it still wholly owns. Dojira 08:02, 9 May 2006 (UTC)DojiraReply

Pacificorp was a wholly owned subsidiary of ScottishPower however it sold the business to MidAmerican Energy Holdings a subsidiary itself of Berkshire Hathaway, PPM Energy on the other hand is a separate business created out of Pacificorp which is still owned by ScottishPower, Br2387 21:56, 16 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

Updated to reflect the Pacificorp sale. Jxan3000 11:26, 3 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Scotland is part of the UK

What is the problem with UK being removed from the location field? Can we discuss this rather than have an edit war? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.9.228.253 (talk) 13:42, 6 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

"Scottish Power" or "ScottishPower"?

edit

Should it be "Scottish Power" or "ScottishPower"?

The article inconsistent, incl. the title.

According to their website and Iberdrola’s website, it’s ScottishPower with no space. Professional Adriazeri (talk) 13:19, 23 April 2024 (UTC)Reply
