This article may need to be renamed, as there is at least one other musician named Scott Miller — he of The Loud Family and Game Theory — Hedgey42 20:36, 12 February 2006 (UTC)

I see what you mean. And they're both contemporary rock singers, too. We'll probably have to create a disambiguation page for all three Scott Millers. • Support - seems uncontroversial, Blue Suede News says "Scott Miller was the primary songwriter from the V-Roys, a promising alt country band-gone-wrong that split up in late 1999." the other Scott Miller has less but still enough coverage.In ictu oculi (talk) 16:05, 31 October 2013 (UTC)

• It would seem to be ideal if both could be disambiguated either by location or genre. Since this one can be identified with either Virginia or Tennessee, perhaps the other could be Scott Miller (pop musician)? Game Theory is called a rock band, but it and The Loud Family are also categorized as jangle pop. --BDD (talk) 19:58, 6 November 2013 (UTC)
• As requester of the present move, I agree with BDD's suggestion. Discussion will soon be closed (7 day rule) and is unanimous so far. After this page is moved, I hope BDD will go forward and request moving Scott Miller (California musician) to Scott Miller (pop musician). I have a correction about Scott's legendary gigs at Hawkeye's. They were on Thursday nights, not Friday.
