The "Trans fat concerns" section seems to be a diatribe against Save-A-Lot that has nothing to back up its claims, and definitely expresses a point of view. Furthermore, it seems to have little relevancy to the rest of the article. If nothing is done to rectify the situation with citations to prove the claims, I will remove this section on or about January 7, 2007. Realkyhick00:12, 28 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

A POV tag and a weasel words tag were placed on this article late in March, 2009. There was no discussion placed on the talk page at the time. In the last week or so, several edits have been made that appear to address the potential concerns -- hard to tell exactly what they are solely from the edit summaries. Accordingly, since it appears that the concerns have been addressed, I propose to remove the tags on April 5, 2009 unless objections are raised and the specific concerns are identified.

I would like to say that I am a true shopper at Save A Lot and wish the Chester, S.C. store would have a second thought on closing down. We need this store. I hope my comment makes a difference. The management in this store is the best I have ever met. John and Luke are very nice people and knows how to deal with the public. We love the store and the prices and would be very greatful if it would consider staying in our town. Thanks, Clair and Wanda Buckley. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 97.107.100.51 (talk) 00:38, 11 February 2015 (UTC)Reply
