508 or 518?

edit

What is the correct number of this flight? I had moved the article to Flight 508 based on information in the article, but the Spanish Wikipedia calls it Flight 518. AecisBrievenbus 16:25, 22 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

Cause?

edit

Do you know when the cause will be revealed? is the investigation underway now? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Stratocruiser377 (talkcontribs) 19:54, 23 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

It's been fixed. The correct flight number is 518. --Avllr (talk) 23:26, 22 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

House style?

edit

I'm not sure about this but I remember my English teacher saying that we use capital C for Chapter when we're talking about Chapter 1, Chapter 24, etc., but small c for chapter when saying something like "I've nearly finished the chapter".

By that logic, I would expect a small f for references to "the flight", but a capital F for "Flight 518". This article has frequent references to "flight 518".

But I could be wrong. Does Wikipedia have a house style for articles about air flights? Thelittlegreyman (talk) 20:59, 27 January 2009 (UTC)Reply
