editThis should be disambiguated - there's a Japanese rock band by the same name, which (if I'm not mistaken) has had more success. Also, wasn't this group on Mariah Carey's short-lived record label? 172.194.167.37 04:43, October 7, 2006 (UTC)
- I cant find any information on a Japanese band with the same name, so if one exists, I doubt they are more successfull. --Freikorp (talk) 14:25, 18 April 2009 (UTC)
- Managed to find the Japanese band, a link has been placed on this article accordingly. --Freikorp (talk) 15:51, 19 April 2009 (UTC)
Heidi is currently involved in the European Song Contest (ESC, or Melodienfest), as a contestant in Denmark. Her new name is Suriya. Her song is titled "Forever IB Young." The B-side is "Louis Bag." Both songs have a dubstep feel. (10/28/12) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 108.13.120.13 (talk) 15:12, 28 October 2012 (UTC) Saseline also has some new songs. You can find videos for "Best Friend" and "I Hate to Say It" by Saseline on YouTube.

The result of the move request was: page moved. Rider ranger47 Talk 15:45, 25 January 2015 (UTC)
It was proposed in this section that S.O.A.P. (band) be renamed and moved to S.O.A.P. (Danish band).
The discussion has been closed, and the result will be found in the closer's comment. Links: current log • target log |
S.O.A.P. → S.O.A.P. (Danish band) – this is not the primary topic of "S.O.A.P." indeed many of the abbreviations featured at soap (disambiguation) have higher profiles than this band. This title should redirect to the disambiguation page, since any abbreviation S.O.A.P. can use this title, and this band does not indicate it is an abbreviation, so is a surprising result. --Relisted. — Amakuru (talk) 14:06, 19 January 2015 (UTC) -- 65.94.40.137 (talk) 08:13, 10 January 2015 (UTC)

- Comment if it wasn't a lesser known defunct band I might have argued that examples should be needed to show that other acronyms are presented with periods. GregKaye 15:08, 10 January 2015 (UTC)
- Support - but is there another Soap (band)? the SOAP acronym has multiple meanings. SOAP (originally an acronym for Simple Object Access Protocol), should be SOAP (computing). In ictu oculi (talk) 19:35, 20 January 2015 (UTC)
- Support move to either S.O.A.P. (Danish band) or simply Soap (band). There are a large number of other SOAP initialisms, and Simple Object Access Protocol in particular gets an utterly overwhelming number of page views compared to the band. Alsee (talk) 18:09, 21 January 2015 (UTC)
