"Exodus for the Hopeful Country" or "Depart from the Peninsula"

Does anyone know where these books work into the bibliography? 68.229.161.245 14:56, 23 August 2007 (UTC)Reply

Or maybe someone can actually provide a more extensive english translation of the japanese page. There seems to be considerably more content on the japanese page. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 218.44.198.208 (talk) 03:20, 6 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

question

edit

there is an English language edition of the novel "The Fascism of Love and Fantasy" by Ryu Murakami?

On a similar note, Ai to Genso no Fascism needs to be integrated into the chronology. --Gwern (contribs) 04:09 10 March 2007 (GMT)

Which novel was Audition based on?

edit

The article states: "Takashi Miike's feature film Audition (1999) was based on one of his novels." But it does not specify which novel the movie is based on, and there is no novel of the same name in the bibliography list. I've done some searching elsewhere and haven't found the answer either. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Vesper76 (talkcontribs) 04:34, 16 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Fantastic Fiction has an entry for the book Audition in its Ryū Murakami section here; Audition by Ryu Murakami. It says the book is to be published in 2009. The page also has a link to the Amazon.co.uk page Audition (Hardcover) that has not yet been released. This is all I can find of the book. —Preceding unsigned comment added by TeskoVirgo (talkcontribs) 21:37, 4 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

I have just (as of January 3, 2012) read the paperback book "Audition", originally published in Japanese as Odishon, which has the ISBN 978-0-393-33841-6. It is copyright 1997 by Ryu Haruki and English Translation copyright 2009 by Ralph McCarthy. Publishing date is 2010. Someone skilled/authorized can verify this and update the bibiliography.
