I've seen conflicting dates for Richard Bransten's suicide, both 1955 and 1965. However the New York Times article interviewing her daughter says 1955 and gives the date as Ruth's 44th birthday, so that seems definitive.

I don't have exact dates for the births of Paul and Eileen, but based on the ages of the children given in Here's England, McKenney was probably 29-32 when Paul was born, and six years older when Eileen was born.

She may have attended the East Cleveland Evangelical Church as a child [2] but that isn't absolutely certain.
