188.230.138.189 recently added statement that Zhiganshin's mother is German and his father is Tatar (diff). I've stated that it's unsourced. IP's evidence has included:
"It is a well-known fact."
Providing this link and stating "It's about his sister Nelli, but they are siblings, so it stands for both of them."
"it is mentioned in Nelli's article, can also be in Ruslan's too."
"Also, notice he is already in a category Russian people of German descent."
