Election Tight?

edit

To say the election was tight is a little silly - she won by 11,574 votes. Wilmot1 (talk) 08:44, 8 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

British or Bangladeshi

edit

She is either British or Bangladeshi, if she is British then the Bangladeshi reference should be removed. 212.238.38.78 (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 11:40, 8 May 2010 (UTC).Reply

She can quite easily be both. For the purpose of the UK census you can identify yourself by:

* National Identity
* Ethnic Group
* Country of Birth
* Passports held

So you might have a British (or English) national identify, Bangladeshi Ethnic Group, and yet further identities by way of birth country and passports. PoisonedPigeon (talk) 12:42, 18 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

New Photo

The photo used in the article is overused. Can someone provide us with a different photograph of this great Bangladesh born British politician?Hossain Akhtar Chowdhury (talk) 12:20, 18 May 2010 (UTC)Reply
