Notability

edit

Does not meet WP:SOLDIER & sig RS coverage not found link, just a few name checks or references in non RS sources.

A de.wiki article exists, but it's very unconvincing for notability. Please also see a note at MilHist Talk Archives for background behind the redirect. In summary, per the outcome of the discussion at Notability:People on notability of Knight's Cross recipients: permalink, certain recipients were deemed non notable and WP:SOLDIER has been modified accordingly: diff. The articles of these recipients are being redirected to alphabetical lists. K.e.coffman (talk) 07:20, 21 February 2017 (UTC)Reply

Uncited content previously cited to Franz Kurowski

edit

I reverted reinsertion of the uncited material in violation of Wikipedia:Verifiability#Responsibility for providing citations, a core Wikipedia policy. I'm preserving the material by providing this link.

The material was previously cited to a known fabulist Franz Kurowski and has been challenged and removed. In addition, when the article was restored, the Kurowski cites were removed, but not the content. This is easiest to see by comparing material before my edits and the restored version: diff. It's better to restore material with cites, so that other editors would know what source the content was based on.

If the editor considers Kurowski to be a suitable source, suggest revisiting at WP:RSN. K.e.coffman (talk) 04:15, 27 February 2017 (UTC)Reply

I do not believe that SIGCOV exist on the subject, outside of pulp / militaria literature, either in German or English. K.e.coffman (talk) 22:15, 28 May 2017 (UTC)Reply
