The information cited is backed up by the Chamber of Commerce publication.
The information that is not corroborated (number of beds, services, etc.) has "no doubt as to authenticity" as per Wikipedia:SELFPUB
The information from Mark Birdwhistell is valid because he is a highly regarded expert in his field due to his former position in Kentucky state government hospital administrations.
