Planetary management edit

Costanza's opinion on planetary management doesn't seem to be supported by the facts. Of course, this was published some time ago in 1991 (Ecological Economics). I'm curious if his position has changed at all. Viriditas (talk) 07:14, 14 July 2010 (UTC)Reply
