I changed the wording of Rebellions takeover of Elixers IP. They didn't go bankrupt, they shut themselves down because no one wanted to risk publishing their "high risk" games. Subsidiaries

Companies House lists about 30 subsidiaries, so this list is very far from complete. Richard75 (talk) 21:26, 2 July 2018 (UTC)

1. Please provide a link
2. How many of those subsids are not holdings or legal placeholders?
3. How many of those subsids are publicly aknowledged in secondary sources, such as acquisition news (remember that we are an encyclopedia)
4. In the list I did find on first try, there were 15 subsids, of which seven are obviously holdings, and two probably (as they don't exist outside the legal filings space), Audiomotion I was able to find a source for and found two further for studios not related to the filing. Only "JCK Properties" and "Mongoose Publishing" are possible as actual subsids, but given that I couldn't find any sources, I also cannot include it. Lordtobi (✉) 05:18, 3 July 2018 (UTC)

Link here (a list of appointments held by one of the directors) lists 21 companies with Rebellion in their name, 5 of those also include Holdings. See what you make of it. Richard75 (talk) 18:25, 3 July 2018 (UTC)

Wouldn't it be a bit far-reaching to say that every company an individual is involved in is a subsidiary of his primary company? Presently I'd say the list is complete as far a sourcing goes. If you find another "Rebellion acquires" or "Rebellion owns" in reliable sources, feel free to add them. Lordtobi (✉) 18:39, 3 July 2018 (UTC)
