Reșița steel for Eiffel tower

edit

This story is fake news. On the Eiffel tower there is only one plate stating : Forges et usines de Pompey FOULD-DUPONT Fourniseur des fers de la tour. Nothing else. Why do you publish information based on rumors? The story started with some nationalist propaganda during the Ceaușescu regime and was republished over and over again in the press of the time and resuscited by underemployed contemporary journalists. But many false sources don't make it true. Please search on Google Resita Eiffel.--Nostradamix (talk) 20:14, 18 January 2019 (UTC)Reply

”Persistent legend” and “no documentary evidence” are little clues that we don’t consider the story as true. The rumor, however, is worth noting, as reliable sources have done so. - Biruitorul Talk 09:00, 19 January 2019 (UTC)Reply

I found pictures from the factory, and products, around 1920's.

Needed identify, and locate if possible the pictures. After that, I've just upload somewhere to the bottom.

The mail is great idea, but since the wiki from mobile is weird, (I not able to even read your message here, just the mirrored one from my e-mail)

Send a mail to there, so I can respond it with the pictures attached. The facebook messenger uses too much compression, is damaging the picture quality.
