Splitting Quezon: remove?

While Quezon Province has been scheduled for a plebiscite, it seems that hasn't happened yet as there are no recent news reports about it. If it has, I think it the people there voted "no" to splitting the province, judging from my recent visit to Calauag almost two weeks ago in May. Quezon → Quezon (province) – "Quezon" alone is ambiguous. Both Quezon province and Manuel Luis Quezon have equal footing in primary topic hierarchy.
