Arilang owned himself edit

The BBC article cleraly faults the collapse of socialism and communism in china for the AIDS epidemic in henan. so i can be said that this is capitalism fault, and that Arilang1234 is in fact owning himself because he is trying to push an anti communist agenda.

the bbc article clearly states that:[1]

"In rural China the guarantees of socialism are nothing more than memory."

"China's socialist bureaucracy and its communist party were once fairly incorrupt, and tightly controlled. But as China reforms, the discipline of the Communist Party is weakening. Its governance is becoming feeble and corrupt and arbitrary. this is clearly the fault of capitalism, Arilang attempts to blame it on communism when it is clearly the opposite.

I considered trying to clean this up, but it is a mess. Looking at the content it is actually a POV fork from HIV/AIDS in the People's Republic of China; an extremely well written article that even mentions this incident in the lead.
