Help needed

Currently, we need a proper softography. I'm also not sure about using the word "famous" to describe Cooke although I'm reluctant to remove it ;-).

I also gather Cooke worked on one of the Grand Prix games, although I'm not sure which one.

Image:ZX earthlight.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use.
