No, I don't think so, because I believe it would create confusion without sufficient benefit. There have been hundreds of bridges across the Willamette River, and it's very likely that this not was the only one that used "Willamette River Bridge" as a name (with capital B), especially in the years when bridges across the Willamette were very few in number. The article already mentions – in both the main body and the NRHP infobox heading – that this bridge is formally "Willamette River Bridge" No. 357, and I suspect that the only reason this alternative (and historic, probably still official) name is not mentioned in the lead is that it is not in common use at all (and probably not for 80+ years), because "Willamette River Bridge" is a very vague name nowadays. If there were multiple (3 or more) bridges that were or are commmonly known as the "Willamette River Bridge", then a disambiguation page at that title would be appropriate, but as far as I know there are not, so I would oppose the creation of such a disambiguation page (at least based on what I currently know).
