[Untitled] edit

Hi there! I belive that the article should not be deleted, due to the relevance of the ORC in a historical perspective of martinism, and the work that they do in the propagation of hitherto unavailable material on their webpage.

I have expanded the article in an attempt to place their research into the current miljeu of other martinist orders, and also to see how their establishment is something that until now have been something concidered unlikely, if not impossible. (see references as well for more information - some of the books are awailable on google books).

Lastly, I considered writing more on the 'Martinism' article instead of a seperate one for the ORC. I chose not to, since i.e. the 'Elus Cohen' described there is something entirely different from the 'ORC: Elus Cohens', and it would therefore be detrimental to the clarity of the 'Martinism' article. --Ohjay (talk) 23:02, 2 November 2009 (UTC)Reply

And the problem is that this organization is mentioned only in one book that is available on the Google books [1]. It is not enough to establish notability WP:N of this organization per wiki notability guideline for the organizations (see WP:ORG). M0RD00R (talk) 23:20, 2 November 2009 (UTC)Reply

As a historian of religions, I have read the information on this page, and followed the postings concerning the relevance of the organisation in a wiki context, with interest. Ordre Reaux Croix is one of the few operative Martinist orders in e.g. the Scandinavian countries. It is interesting to the international community due to its reformed nature, by which it has integrated the three different branches of Martinism (Voie Cardiaque, Elus Cohen and CBCS) under one banner. An encyclopedia concerning Esoteric traditions is in production, and ORC will be mentioned in one of the articles.
