The current source (Kathy Staff - IMDb) lists 246 episodes, but the source you listed gives 245. However, IMDb is not a reliable source to use on Wikipedia. I have found two sources which state that Kathy Staff played Nora Batty in 243 episodes (Nora Batty star Kathy Staff dies and Sallis pays tribute to co-star Staff}, so perhaps those sources should be used instead?
