COI tag (October 2023) edit

The article's primary contributors have fairly obvious conflicts of interest that they have not formally disclosed. signed, Rosguill talk 18:51, 8 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

If this publication is peer reviewed, kindly provide the {{DOI}} and {{s2cid}} numbers for this article. When ready to proceed with the requested information, kindly change the {{Edit COI}} template's answer parameter to read from |ans=y to |ans=n. Please note that prior text entered in the Edit request proposal should not be retro-actively altered. Instead, a new reply post supplying the needed information should be posted below this review. The original {{Edit COI}} template may then be altered. Regards,  Spintendo  18:27, 12 October 2023 (UTC)Reply
Thanks for your reply. All the items listed in the section "further reading" are special issues or books that contain multiple papers or chapters. Each paper/chapter has its unique DOI but there is not a summary DOI for the special issues of the journals. This request is about adding a new special issue that will be published by NDT&E International. Currently, one paper has been published in this special issue (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.ndteint.2023.102957). However, if we want to follow the logic of this section (pointing to special issues and books) I do not think it would be good to highlight one paper. Perhaps somebody wants to create a section about key NDE 4.0 publications - but this for sure can not be me. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Dr. Johannes Vrana (talkcontribs) 00:37, 13 October 2023 (UTC)Reply
The further reading section exists to aid readers in finding additional information to peruse. If the requested numbers cannot be located, then that information is of limited use. I have added the one publication where the DOI was provided. As for any others, " Perhaps somebody wants to create a section about key NDE 4.0 publications - but this for sure can not be me. the COI editor is welcome to propose such a section (including the requisite formatting of the text to be included in the article) here on the talk page. The COI editor is also gently reminded to sign all talk page posts. Regards,  Spintendo  19:43, 13 October 2023 (UTC)Reply
