TIMING edit

Curiously, Nightwalker began airing more than a few months after the end of the Vampire Princess Miyu TV series, given the similarities between both shows - R.G. 06:25, 14 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

PC Game edit

I noticed Cain doesn't appear in the orginal game. - R.G. 19:07, 8 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Indeed. Shido was born normally and has no sire in the game. The only character at all similar to Cain is a female full-blood vampire called Claire. Shiva Indis 05:19, 20 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Well,since I'm not exactly a fan of Cain (matter of fact,I can't stand him),I guess that sounds okay to me. - R.G. 03:11, 2 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

I'm a little disappointed. I had been hunting for the game, but only because I was hoping Cain would be in it. At least I can stop looking, I guess. --Sakano 14:29, 27 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

Featured edit

I think this article is almost good enogh to try it's appearance on the main page, the only thing I feel missing is a synopsis for each episode. Is anyone able to do it? I dont really remember all the episodes, they've aired long ago here. Hugs Raquel Sama 19:48, 20 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

To-do list edit

The following stuff need to be done to improve the article quality:

  • Art description and explanation of why the anime art style changed drastically after a few episodes.
  • Synopsis of every episode, even better if in a table and with a picture.
  • Small pictures of every main character for the Character list
  • Remove Nightbreed from the major characters and breeds from minor characters list and make a whole section about them, explaining what they are, and listing all or at least most of them.
  • Information about opening and ending themes
  • Improving Cain and Guni description if possible

I expect your support, please add your comments about it. Raquel Sama 19:20, 23 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Well, i´ve taken the Shunichi dates from Absoluteanime.com, Myofilus

I wanted to add some pictures to the character list today, but it didn't work. If I knew how to do it correctly, I would put some up. --152.163.100.135 15:10, 27 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

you need to click upload file on the left, then upload a picture saved on your computer, then add it to the article exactly how you wrote that tag, it might take a while to appear. dont forget to put a tag on the pic. you can ask my help on my talk page if you still have trouble Raquel Sama 20:15, 27 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

Whew! Taking the screenshots and putting them up really took a lot of work! Why did you remove the tags, though? I thought they looked good. Not that it doesn't look good now! It looks nice either way, and they do look better on the right side. n_n --Sakano 23:31, 27 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

Hehe I appreciate your work, article looks really nice now, I removed the thumbnails for 3 reasons: 1 is that they don't need a description below them since it's quite obvious they're illustrating the character description beside them. Reason 2 is that with the thumbs the pics become too big, and dont fit beside the description, with descriptions guni pic was illustrating cain description and cain pic was down all the description without nothing beside it, making the section look bad. Reason 3 is simply that article need to be as clean as possible to look good =). If many people think thumbnails are better put them back, but rise the description length too ^^ hugs Raquel Sama 14:13, 28 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

Other meanings edit

There needs to be a disambig page which refers to the general use of the word "Nightwalker" in fantasy (and how this translates into games like Magic: the Gathering, etc). --Lenoxus 13:37, 21 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

Yes - there are a number of other books, etc., which could potentially be added.156.34.59.6 20:39, 16 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Identical articles edit

Have you noticed that there are two nearly identical articles? Nightwalker and Nightwalker: The Midnight Detective? This is not good. I was going to switch the long titled one to a redirect, but I thought maybe all of you might prefer the main article be given the long name (especially since someone just asked for a DAB page of that name. Please discuss. -Freekee 21:40, 13 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

I've redirected it to here. -Freekee 04:34, 23 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Sire edit

Ok i know a few ways vampires are sired but not sure of the way they are sired 100% in Nightwalker.

One method is the one bite and some drinking of blood turns someone.

another is the one bite, drink so much blood before stopping to turn someone.

the third is biting, drinking of blood (some or some much before stopping) and then having the victim drink blood of either the vampire or someone else. Possibly you could just make them drink the blood (which somewhat looked like what Kain did to Shido)

Shido just bit Riho, but it kinda looked like she had drank some of his blood, after all he did it through the mouth. But when they flashed back to Kain it looked like Kain made him drink blood to sire him, and I'm not if he bit him or not. i know in the show Forever Night which Nightwalker is somewhat like they used the third method.Yami 15:56, 25 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Uh, what happened? edit

There used to be so much more description on this page. Cain is omitted completely now and the page mainly focuses on the video game. What happened to all the info about the minor characters? This is really bad.
