Talk:Newspaper from the future

Latest comment: 9 years ago by BD2412 in topic Possible merge/refactoring.

I changed the date of the Wells story from 1918 to 1931: if you read it (it's on Project Gutenberg Australia), you'll see it's set in 1931, and refers to 1931 as the present day. I take that at its face value, as there's this sentence: Or, again, one might suppose he had really seen into the future with a sort of exaggeration of those previsions cited by Mr. J.W. Dunne in his remarkable "Experiment with Time.". And that was published in 1927 Malcolm Farmer 22:05, 13 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

Possible merge/refactoring. edit

Perhaps the best thing to do with this somewhat narrowly focused article is to develop a more general article on Newspapers in fiction, and merge it into that as a section. bd2412 T 23:16, 9 November 2014 (UTC)Reply
