Not done: In order to add a picture, it first needs to be uploaded to Wikipedia or Commons. In order to do that, we need to be sure that the picture conforms to our copyright rules--that is, it has to either be in the public domain, be in a compatible free license (like CC-BY-SA), or it needs to be a WP:Fair use file. I'm pretty sure, though, that that picture doesn't qualify as any of the above. It looks very much like a professional picture, such as would be taken by her publicist or production company. As such, we can't use that picture in the article. Now, if I'm wrong, and you believe that the picture meets our rules for uploading, I can help you do that. That picture is copyrighted--wikipedia almost never allows the use of copyrighted pictures for living people, especially not when a free replacement is easily available. The picture currently in the article is labelled as being at the Monaco Grand Prix screening; a Google Image search finds many other pictures of the same event on other sites, with the same background and even other pictures of Sharma looking similarly. I'm pretty sure this is her, so unless you have some solid evidence it's not (like, identifying it as someone else), it seems like it should stay. Qwyrxian (talk) 08:54, 2 June 2011 (UTC)

Not done: Absolutely not. You took that picture from a professional, copyrighted website (see [1]), uploaded to your flickr account, then uploaded it to Commons under a "free" license. This is absolutely not allowed. Please note that it doesn't matter that you have altered the picture by removing the water mark, or that you re-uploaded it. That picture is the legal property of that website, and cannot be used here. I have requested that the picture be speedily deleted from Commons. Please read WP:COPY for more information. Probably the only way you'll be able to get a picture is under our WP:Fair use policies, which require much lower quality images, clear attribution of the source, only one per article, etc. Please do not upload copyrighted works to Wikipedia or to Commons.
