• "self-built"? It built itself?
• Western always capitalised.

• This sentence is too long to be easily comprehensible: NGH shoulders the task of teaching medical post-graduates and doctorates ( including those who are accepted as medical undergraduates) of the Medical School of Nanjing University and the five-year medical students of Southern Medical University (the former First Military Medical University) and the Second Military Medical University in clinical studies.
• Perhaps the parenthesis should read (including those who did their undergraduate studies in medicine).
• Practice is often not a good translation for 实习. Perhaps http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internship_%28medicine%29, although that is typically for those who have not yet greaduated...
• 临床教学工作 what happened to 临床？ Maybe the "practical education" or the "hands-on education." English also does have the phrase "bedside," but most often in the phrase "bedside manner."
