Needs a major rework

This article, particularly the "Politics" section, could be a lot better. The Politics section reads like someone waxing philosophical about how great that everything the guy ever did is. If this were for a city or a corporation rather than a person, I would have deleted it immediately as advertising. I added some POV, Citations Needed, and Whom/Clarify tags where appropriate.

I honestly don't know much about Mr. Sambo, so I will leave the article alone for a week or so and give the original authors a chance to fix this up. Otherwise, I'm going to fix whatever I can, and delete the rest (which will include most of the Politics section). Thanks. Blue Crest (talk) 02:31, 14 May 2010 (UTC)
