Are "My Own Hero" and "I Found You" promotional singles?edit

"My Own Hero" is a promo single because there are no reputable sources calling it a single, and it was released along with the album pre-order [1]. "I Found You" is not a single because no sources call it that, and even Andy Grammer and his label didn't call it that too. Any thoughts about this?
