I think the picture of him with George W. Bush kinda sends a weird message. Would like to see a picture just of him such as this: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/3/30/Nscott.jpg

Al

Gets kind of confusing, doncha know. On the Wiki page about House of Dawn we get--" ..... something his father, Al Momaday, and his mother taught him to do,....." and on this here page we get "N. Scott Momaday is the son of writer Natachee Scott Momaday and painter Al Momaday." Anybody able to resolve this? Smaxam (talk) 04:16, 21 August 2013 (UTC)Reply

Um. Both articles identify his father as Al Momaday. It's kinda weird that his mother goes unnamed in one of the articles, but there doesn't appear to be any conflict between them. What would need resolving? Binabik80 (talk) 04:22, 19 November 2013 (UTC)Reply
Suspect the OP thought Natachee was the father, as father's names are conventionally given first. Though given his mother's importance to Momaday, I agree with the original wording. Vizjim (talk) 12:17, 19 November 2013 (UTC)Reply
I want to make note here that Mayme 'Natachee' Scott never attended Haskell Institute (It mentions that she did in one of the sources that claims she was Cherokee). It's pretty easy to verify.[1]Indigenous girl (talk) 21:54, 5 December 2018 (UTC)Reply
