Fair use rationale for Image:MyRuinGroup2006.jpg

Image:MyRuinGroup2006.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Current image

The current image being used on the article doesn't seem to serve much of a purpose. Tarrie's face is completely obscured by shadow, so you cannot see her features at all, which is surely the point of having an image in the first place. How do we know for a fact that this even is an image of Tarrie? I propose that this image is deleted until a better one is found. magnius (talk) 10:23, 17 May 2009 (UTC)

There is no reason to delete it, it's been provided for free to be used in the article as well as others, if you can find a better free to use image to replace this one with, then by all means do so, but it the mean time, it would be best to keep the image.  Doktor  Wilhelm  12:34, 22 June 2009 (UTC)
