bought album in 1981

Just in case anybody is interested, I bought this album back in 1981 when it came out, because I was a "no matter what KISS junkie." (I didn't join the KISS Army fan Club, though.) Back then, there were two formats, Cassette, or Vinyl LP. I happen to have both, because I had a stereo with turntable and one of the first ever Sony Walkman cassette machines... I don't have mine anymore, but I still have the cassette and the Vinyl LP. Sure would like the CD, properly remastered... Michael 15:14, 10 October 2005 (UTC)

Bad page name: title of (Music from) The Elder should not have quotes

This page has a bad name. There should not be quote marks around the words The Elder in the album's title (or in the page name). The album's title is (Music from) The Elder; the never-made movie would have been called The Elder. The title of a movie or an album ought to be shown in italics, not in quotes. Therefore, the redirect is in the wrong direction, and this page should appear at (Music from) The Elder. Ferdinand Cesarano 20:36, 16 February 2006 (UTC)

Drums on "Odyssey"

This kissfaq website seems to contradict itself a little bit. While Eric Carr admited to being replaced on the song "I" in interviews, he never mentioned anything about being replaced on drums for the track "Odyssey". On the same website that's linked for referrence on the track listing, makes no mention of Schwartzberg playing drums on "Odyssey". [3]

I have no arguement about Carr being replaced on "I". He admited to it in interviews and the drums on that track does not sound like his playing. However, I'm stating that the comment on his being replaced on "Odyssey" be removed since the source sited contradicts itself and there is no other referrence to back the claim up, unless someone else can find it. Track Listing

I relisted the track listing to showcase the version that is currently available. My reasoning is that if someone who's never heard of the album before saw the original listing, he might potientially get confused if he was to find the album in stores with a track listing that differed from the original one. correct genre

• I think it would acceptable to call this album "Art Rock" simply because of the concept (and the fact that RS magazine compared it to Jethro Tull. Prog Rock would be a definite stretch though. Jcam (talk) 20:50, 22 September 2008 (UTC)

Missing Youtube Australia 2004 Tour Citation

On February 21, 2010, Youtube reports that the video citation supporting the statement that Gene Simmons had forgotten most of the lyrics to the song "I" had been removed due to terms of use violation. Xin Jing (talk) 16:52, 21 February 2010 (UTC)

Movie

BACKGROUND The background section is bloated, obtuse and most of it needs eraser. Only the last couple of sentences are applicable to this article. The rest belongs in other articles, where, as luck would have it, already exist!
