How much did US and Mexico each pay for the construction ? IBWC site says "It was constructed by Mexico pursuant to the Water Treaty of 1944 for the purpose of giving Mexico utilization of waters from the Colorado River. " - Rod57 (talk) 13:57, 27 October 2019 (UTC)
