This title has, for the past decade, stated (in effect) that "a station by this name doesn't exist, nor does the settlement it was/is intended to serve". If or when this station is developed (or at the very least moved beyond a "theory only" existence) then the title can be split to stand-alone again. Until then the two concepts (the planned town and its planned station) are inextricably linked. And, per WP:MERGEREASON are best covered in the same article. Otherwise this is just a pointless CFORK. Which describes a near "catch 22" scenario: "the station doesn't exist, and neither does the town. The town will not exist until the station does".....
